The Halifax Regional Municipality is looking for an up-to-date picture of how residents living in the Clayton Park area are participating in recreation, sport and leisure activities.
Your useful feedback will help us understand satisfaction rates and usage trends as well as identify potential gaps in recreation programming, facilities and parks.
The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete, and for your participation you will be eligible to win one of 10 VISA or Mastercard gift cards valued at $10. Responses will be kept strictly confidential, and the results of the survey will not be used in any way that will allow anyone to identify you or your responses. Your participation is voluntary, and you can discontinue your participation at any time.
