Rural Transit Survey

Rural Transit service is available to some rural communities of the Halifax Regional Municipality through partnerships with non-profit, rural transit service providers, funded in part by grants provided through the Rural Transit Funding Program.

These service providers include: BayRides, East Hants Community Rider, MusGo Rider Eastern Shore, and MusGo Rider Valley Sheet Harbour.

As our city grows, so do the transportation needs of our communities. We invite your feedback on ways to explore transit and paratransit options to better serve the needs of rural residents.
