PLANAPP-2023-00656 - 400 Sackville Drive, Lower Sackville

Fathom Studio has applied to enter into a development agreement to allow a mixed-use development at 400 Sackville Drive, Lower Sackville. The major aspects of the proposal are as follows:

  • One 8-storey building with 105 residential units and approximately 2084 square feet of ground floor commercial space;
  • One 12-storey building with 94 residential units and approximately 4510 square feet of ground floor commercial space;
  • 2-level underground parking podium connecting the two buildings above;
  • Shared open space on top of the underground parking garage for residents and visitors; and,
  • A walking trail to connect the development to Little Sackville River.

  • Watching the video on the righthand side of this webpage.  The video is staff’s presentation on the planning process and what Council will consider when evaluating this proposal.
  • Attending a Public Open House on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at Acadia Hall, 650 Sackville Dr, Lower Sackville, NS B4C 2S4. At this meeting, presentation boards will be on display outlining details of the proposal with HRM staff and the applicant in attendance to answer questions and receive feedback; and,
