Downtown Dartmouth Plan - Public Meeting
Downtown Dartmouth Plan Update and Centre Plan :
Building on what we heard in past consultations on Downtown Dartmouth and Centre Plan Package A, updates to the Secondary Municipal Planning Strategy (SMPS) and the Land Use By-Law (LUB) for Downtown Dartmouth commercial core will be aligned with, and incorporated into the Centre Plan.
Please join us to continue the conversation at a public open house to review and provide feedback on draft land use policies and regulations on Monday, October 22, 2018 at the Alderney Landing Market space from 6-8:30 p.m. Presentation will take place at 6:30 pm.
If you would like to provide written feedback or meet with municipal Planning & Development staff about the proposed changes, please contact planhrm@halifax.ca until November 9, 2018. Draft proposed policies and regulations will be available online following the Open House.
